Texts considered important in Islam

1. Quran: - The Quran is the central religious text of Islam,      which Muslims consider a revelation from God. It is              widely considered to be the best work in classical Arabic      literature. This holy book is considered to be the last          command of Allah, the Prophet. In this book, squeezing        of all books of Islam and everything else is also                    considered. The Quran also recognizes previous books          that have come from Allah.
2. Muslims also have many sects and sub-sects. Here we          have only two sects - Sunni and Shiaa
(a) Sunni: According to them, the establishment of Caliphos after the Prophet is in accordance with the principles of Islam. The foundation of which was laid by the Prophet. They believe in the Quran and the Prophet's tradition. They do not consider anyone's authority over these two.
(b) Shia: - They also believe in the tradition of Quran and Prophet, but they differ from Sunniyo in terms of succession after Prophet. They believe that the Prophet's rightful heir is Hazrat Ali. The Shiites are of the view that the authority of other Caliphs as heirs was not religious. Between them small differences started emerging and both of them split into different sects.
